It is hereby stated that ARRP is the only privately licensed company in French Polynesia authorized to practise the profession of private investigator. Private investigators established in mainland France have no right to conduct physical investigations on the territory of French Polynesia. Accordingly, where a company established abroad seeks the designation of a provider for local private investigations, only ARRP may be validly designated. As regards international aspects situated outside French Polynesia, ARRP ensures coordination with its peers.

Who can conduct a local private investigation in French Polynesia?
ARRP is the only privately licensed company in French Polynesia for this activity. Mainland investigators cannot investigate physically on-island; only ARRP may be designated for a local mission, including from abroad.
